Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy Population (1) Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18 to 60 years old, gender not restricted; 2) Possess normal cognitive function and behavioral ability, able to understand and cooperate in completing voice, gait, facial and hand data collection; 3) No severe physical diseases or mental illness history; 4) Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study. 2. Patients with Bipolar Disorder (1) Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for Bipolar I or II disorder as defined in the International Classification of Diseases, 10th Edition (ICD-10) or the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5); 2) Age 18 to 60 years old, with a minimum educational level of junior high school; 3) In a relatively stable period (no obvious manic or depressive episodes, YMRS = 12, HAMD = 14); 4) Able to understand and cooperate in completing voice, facial, gait, and hand feature collection as well as psychological assessment; 5) Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for healthy individuals: 1) Having obvious facial or limb deformities, or severe skin lesions that affect image acquisition; 2) Currently suffering from oral or throat disorders, or having voice changes due to surgery or trauma, and being unable to read or answer fixed-format questions fluently; 3) Having severe cardiovascular, neurological, endocrine or metabolic diseases; 4) Having a recent history of using drugs that may affect emotions or nerve functions; 5) Individuals considered unsuitable by the researchers. 2. Exclusion criteria for patients with bipolar disorder: 1) Complicated with schizophrenia, substance dependence or organic mental disorders; 2) Having severe physical diseases, neurological diseases or movement disorders that affect data collection; 3) Pregnant or lactating women; 4) Those who have received electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) within the last 3 months; 5) Individuals considered unsuitable by the researchers.
