Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients meeting the clinical diagnostic criteria of stage II and III; 2) Patients who have not undergone needle-knife, block or surgery; 3) Discontinue other treatment methods for more than one month; 4) Those who meet all the above three conditions simultaneously; 5) Willing to participate in this clinical trial, express clearly, communicate without obstacles, all examinations and treatments conducted have been approved by the patient and their family, be able to cooperate with the completion of the trial, and be able to sign the informed consent form on their own.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) There are skin lesions or infections in the surgical area; 2) Those with severe diabetes and liver or kidney diseases; 3) Those with consciousness disorders, intellectual disabilities, and who are unable to independently complete postoperative functional exercises; 4) Exclude those with a history of rheumatoid arthritis, tuberculosis, and bone lesions; 5) Pregnant or lactating women; 6) Diseases such as ganglion tuberculosis, ganglion cysts, giant cell tumors of the ganglion sheath, a history of trauma to the affected finger, ligament injuries or congenital joint dysplasia.
