Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Vascular Disease Group: (1) Patients with at least one of the following admission diagnoses: coronary artery disease, intracranial arteriosclerosis, carotid arteriosclerosis, or lower extremity arteriosclerosis; (2) Age = 18 years; (3) Patients with complete data from coronary artery CTA or angiography, cranial MRI or DSA, carotid ultrasound, and lower extremity ultrasound. Non-vascular Disease Patients: (1) Patients whose discharge diagnosis does not include atherosclerotic diseases; (2) Age = 18 years; (3) Patients with complete data from coronary artery CTA or angiography, cranial MRI or DSA, carotid ultrasound, and lower extremity ultrasound.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant and breastfeeding women; (2) Patients with acute or chronic infectious diseases; (3) Patients with malignant tumors; (4) Patients with anemia or hematological disorders; (5) Patients with immunological disorders; (6) Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction; (7) Patients who explicitly state that their medical records are not to be used for research.
