Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Western medical diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis; (2) Traditional Chinese medical pattern identification conforms to the diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis of thetype; (3) K-L grading is Grade 1 to Grade 3; (4) The participant is in good physical condition and can walk independently without the use of assistive devices; (5) The participant is aged between 50 and 80 years old, with no restriction on gender; (6) The participant understands, agrees to participate in the study, and has signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with a history of knee trauma or surgery (e.g., knee joint replacement surgery); (2) Patients with severe osteoporosis; (3) Patients with injuries to the anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments, collateral ligaments, meniscal tears, or ruptures; (4) Patients with knee joint diseases such as tumors, tuberculosis, rheumatism, or rheumatoid arthritis; (5) Patients with skin lesions such as psoriasis or eczema; (6) Patients with coagulation disorders; (7) Patients with severe organic diseases of the heart, brain, or kidneys, or those in the acute phase of mental illness; (8) Patients with other conditions that make them unsuitable for massage or walking due to functional impairments; (9) Individuals who have participated in or are currently participating in other clinical trials within the past month prior to joining this study.
