Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by two pediatric developmental and behavioral physicians from the research team, meeting the diagnostic criteria for ASD in the DSM-5, and with a score of =30 on the CARS; 2.A score >70 on the *Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence (WPPSI)*; 3.Identified as having the "Lung-Spleen Qi Deficiency" syndrome type by two pediatric Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) physicians through pattern differentiation; 4.Aged 3 to 6 years, right-handed, gender (unrestricted), with normal uncorrected or corrected visual acuity in both eyes; 5.Willing to undergo long-term intervention at the pediatric rehabilitation center of this institution, and willing to accept and adhere to at least 3 months of Chinese herbal medicine treatment; 6.Relevant assessments will be conducted both before and after the 3-month intervention period..
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Excluding individuals suffering from other mental disorders or severe somatic diseases, but not excluding those with other problematic behavioral manifestations (such as hyperactivity, impulsivity, oppositional defiance, anxiety symptoms, etc., which do not meet diagnostic criteria); excluding all acute episodes of various diseases.
