Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (I) Inclusion Criteria for Knee Osteoarthritis (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis and K-L grading criteria at stages I-III; (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for knee arthralgia with qi stagnation and blood stasis in traditional Chinese medicine; (3) Patient age between 40-80 years, no restriction on gender; (4) Informed consent, willing to participate in the trial. The process of obtaining informed consent should comply with GCP regulations. (II) Inclusion Criteria for Healthy Subjects 1. Age between 40-80 years; 2. No history of knee pain or restricted movement; 3. Routine blood tests, liver and kidney function, ECG, rheumatoid factor, uric acid, and knee X-ray examination are within normal ranges; 4. Good compliance, willing to cooperate with the study, and sign the informed consent form. Note: Subjects who meet all of the above 4 criteria may be included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Local infections, swelling, etc., caused by knee osteoarthritis; (2) Combined with other bone diseases, such as knee joint osteocartilaginous tuberculosis, tumors, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis; (3) Severe primary diseases of the heart, liver, lungs, kidneys, or blood, or other severe conditions that may affect survival; (4) Individuals with intellectual or behavioral impairments who cannot provide adequate informed consent; (5) Suspected or confirmed history of alcohol or drug abuse; (6) Other conditions, as judged by the investigator, that may reduce the likelihood of enrollment or complicate the enrollment process, such as frequent changes in work environment that may lead to loss of follow-up; (7) History of allergies to two or more drugs or foods; or known allergy to components of moxibustion; (8) Currently participating in other drug clinical trials or taking medications that may affect this study.
