Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Gastric precancerous lesion group 1) Possess a gastroscopy pathology report within one year, indicating a diagnosis of chronic atrophic gastritis (with or without intestinal metaplasia), or gastric intraepithelial neoplasia; 2) Aged =18 and =75 years old, with no gender restrictions; 3) Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. (2) Gastric cancer group Possess a gastroscopy pathology report within one year, indicating early-stage gastric cancer or advanced gastric cancer (primary gastric cancer); 2) Aged =18 and =75 years old, with no gender restrictions; 3) Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. (3) Healthy group Possess a gastroscopy pathology report within the past year, which clearly states that the patient has no gastric mucosal-related lesions (including no atrophy, intestinal metaplasia, intraepithelial neoplasia, or carcinogenesis); 2) Aged =18 and =75 years old, with no gender restriction; 3) Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe primary diseases involving important systems such as the heart, brain, liver, lungs, kidneys, blood, and endocrine 2) Women who are currently in pregnancy or lactation, or who have recently been preparing for pregnancy 3) Those who are currently participating in or will participate in other drug clinical trials within 4 weeks.
