Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Meeting the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke (2023) and the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage (2019) 2: First-onset ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke with a disease course =6 months 3: Age between 40 and 75 years 4: Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score =18 and able to follow instruction 5: Brunnstrom stage of the upper limb =IV 6: Standing balance level I 7: Agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Critically ill with unstable vital signs 2: Progressive or secondary stroke 3: Presence of consciousness, hearing, vision, attention, or intellectual impairment that prevents or hinders cooperation 4: Other diseases causing motor dysfunction 5: Severe diabetes or hypertension 6: Cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency, hematologic disease, or malignancy 7: Presence of venous thrombosis 8: Severe joint lesions or in the fracture healing stage
