Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of the expert consensus on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ovarian reserve (2022 version); (2) Females of childbearing age 21~45 years old; (3) The patient voluntarily underwent clinical observation and signed the informed consent form. The diagnostic criteria in this study were formulated with reference to the Obstetrics and Gynecology (9th Edition) and the Expert Consensus on the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Hypoactive Ovarian Reserve (2022 Edition): (1) AMH 10 IU/L for 2 consecutive menstrual cycles of which (1)~(3) can be diagnosed if any one of them is satisfied.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria for inclusion; (2) Combined with serious internal diseases such as heart brain lung diseases or combined with psychiatric diseases and communication disorders; (3) Tumors of the reproductive system and congenital malformations of reproductive organs; (4) genetic factors; (5) Received other exogenous hormones Chinese medicines or proprietary Chinese medicines within 3 months.
