Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Hyperglycemia: According to the "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2020 Edition)": Presence of typical diabetes symptoms plus random blood glucose =11.1 mmol/L, or fasting blood glucose =7.0 mmol/L, or 2-hour blood glucose in OGTT =11.1 mmol/L, or HbA1c =6.5%. If there are no typical symptoms of diabetes, a re-examination on another day is required to confirm. Patients with a history of type 2 diabetes who are currently undergoing blood sugar-lowering treatment; (2) Hypertension: Refer to the diagnostic criteria in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension (2024 Revised Edition)": In the absence of antihypertensive drug use, office blood pressure =140/90 mmHg, or home blood pressure =135/85 mmHg, or 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure =130/80 mmHg. Patients with a history of hypertension who are currently using antihypertensive drugs; (3) Hyperlipidemia: Refer to the "Chinese Lipid Management Guidelines (2023)": In the absence of lipid-lowering drug use, TC =6.2 mmol/L, and/or LDL-C =3.4 mmol/L, and/or TG =2.3 mmol/L. Patients with a history of dyslipidemia who are currently taking lipid-lowering drugs; (4) Hyperuricemia: According to the diagnostic criteria in the "Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Gout and Hyperuricemia (2023 Edition)": Under normal purine diet conditions, non-consecutive two fasting blood uric acid levels in males and postmenopausal females >420 µmol/L (7 mg/dL), and in premenopausal females >360 µmol/L (6 mg/dL). Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of hyperuricemia; (5) Any one of the above alone, or any two, or any three combined.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have been diagnosed with hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, or hyperuricemia concurrently; (2) Patients with severe organic diseases, such as heart, brain, liver, kidney, or lung diseases, critically ill patients, or patients with mental or psychological disorders; (3) Patients for whom relevant information cannot be obtained or for whom incomplete data required for this study is unavailable; (4) Patients with severe psychological disorders or cognitive impairments; (5) Patients who cannot be contacted or who refuse to participate; (6) Patients planning to relocate to a non-study area within the next 2 years; (7) Patients with an expected survival period of less than 1 year.
