Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for Type IV CRS and chronic kidney failure at Stage V; 2. Has received regular hemodialysis for at least 3 months or longer; 3. Aged 18-90 years, gender; 4. Diagnosed with heart failure and classified as NYHA Class II-III; 5. Voluntarily participates and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with severe cardiac conditions such as acute myocardial infarction, pericarditis, or aortic dissection; those with concurrent severe diseases like liver dysfunction, malignant tumors, or active infections; individuals with a known allergy to the components of Jianxin granules or traditional Chinese medicine formulations; those with a recent history of major surgery or treatment; pregnant or breastfeeding women; and individuals with severe mental disorders or cognitive impairments.
