Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age between 18 and 65 years at the time of enrollment, regardless of gender; with good verbal communication skills; (2) Diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis by modern medicine; (3) Patients with TCM syndrome differentiation of cold-damp obstruction syndrome; (4) The subject has given informed consent and has signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with fever symptoms or skin infections at the treatment site; (2) Those with severe heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction, or systemic failure; (3) Patients with knee joint pain and restricted movement confirmed to be caused by bone tuberculosis, bone tumors, or fractures; (4) Patients who experience acute trauma to the knee joint area during treatment; (5) Patients with mental abnormalities or other cognitive impairments; (6) Pregnant or lactating women; (7) Patients who have used anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs within 1 month prior to enrollment; (8) Other situations deemed unsuitable for enrollment by the researcher.
