Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the Western medical diagnostic criteria for CDAD; (2) Diarrhea occurring during or after antibiotic use, with frequency =3 times/day, lasting at least 2 days, accompanied by changes in stool characteristics, and may include bloody stools, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, fever (=38°C), and elevated peripheral white blood cell count; (3) Stool smear microscopy reveals intestinal flora imbalance or predominant dominant bacteria (positive for cocci, bacilli, or fungi); (4) Exclude diarrhea caused by infectious diseases, functional disorders, or organic pathologies; (5) Meets the diagnostic criteria for spleen-stomach deficiency-cold syndrome (referencing the "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine Internal Medicine" established by the China Association of Chinese Medicine); (6) Age range: 18-70 years, gender unspecified; (7) Obtain the patient's signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Women planning to become pregnant, during pregnancy, or breastfeeding; (2) Patients with severe digestive system diseases that may cause diarrhea, such as irritable bowel syndrome, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn's disease; (3) Patients with malignant tumors, severe immune dysfunction, immunosuppression, or immunodeficiency; (4) Patients currently participating in other clinical drug trials.
