Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic Criteria The diagnostic criteria for Liver Qi Stagnation Syndrome (depressive phenotype) were formulated with reference to the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine Internal Medicine: 1.The main clinical manifestations include depression and emotional inhibition, emotional instability, distending pain in the chest and hypochondrium, insomnia with excessive dreaming, a tendency to cry easily and become irritable, mood swings, or a sensation of obstruction in the throat; the tongue is pale, with a white coating, and the pulse is wiry. 2.There is often a history of internal injury caused by emotional factors such as worry, anxiety, sadness, fear, or anger, and fluctuations in the condition are related to emotional changes triggered by various factors. 3.A Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) score of 20–35. 4.Findings from examinations of all systems and laboratory tests are normal. Inclusion Criteria 1.Meets the above diagnostic criteria. 2.Belongs to the TCM syndrome type of Liver Qi Stagnation. 3.Aged 18–60 years. 4.Has not received antidepressant treatment within the past month. 5.Has good compliance, no communication barriers, voluntarily agrees to participate in the study, and has signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria Subjects meeting any one of the following criteria will be excluded: 1.Severe impairment of cardiac, hepatic, or renal function. 2.Known alcohol abuse or substance dependence. Special populations, including pregnant women, lactating women, patients with psychiatric disorders, and 3.those who are critically ill or in the terminal stage of disease. 4.Current participation in other clinical trials. Any subject meeting one or more of the above criteria shall be excluded.
