Control Group:placebo granules mimicking Weishen decoction+Calcium Carbonate D3 600 mg per day++Alfacalcidol 0.5 mcg per day

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Simultaneously meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and the diagnostic criteria of Chinese medicine syndrome; 2. Have normal communication ability and sign the informed consent form; 3. Be over 60 years old (elderly).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary osteoporosis; 2. Patients with significantin TCM diagnosis; 3. Patients with severe cardio-cerebrovascular diseases, tumors, or other conditions that may affect treatment and pattern identification; 4. Patients taking other medications that may affect indicator measurements; 5. Other patients who may affect TCM pattern identification and/or experimental indicator measurements.
