Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Based on the Chinese "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Thyroid Nodules and Differentiated Thyroid Cancer" (2nd edition), the inclusion criteria were set as follows: age 18-65 years, ultrasound-confirmed benign thyroid nodules (TI-RADS 2-3 category), thyroid dysfunction (TSH mildly elevated/FT3/FT4 mildly abnormal/TPOAb/TGAb mildly elevated) or normal thyroid function but nodule diameter = 1 cm and the patient has the willingness to undergo intervention and can cooperate with the 12-week intervention and follow-up process.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1) A definitive diagnosis of a malignant tumor; 2) co-occurrence of significant damage to vital organs, mental illness, significant abnormalities in blood clotting and thyroid function; 3) pregnant women; 4) individuals deemed by researchers to have reduced eligibility for enrollment or factors that could lead to dropout or non-attendance (e.g., frequent job or residence changes); 5) individuals currently participating in other drug trials or clinical studies, or who have recently completed another clinical study or drug trial with a duration of less than 3 months; 6) individuals with a history of allergies or an allergy to the components of the study medication.
