20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the Western diagnostic criteria for chronic nonspecific cervical pain; (2) Age =20 and =50 years, gender; (3) Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score =3 and =10; (4) Neck Disability Index (NDI) score =10 and =50; (5) Chronic cervical pain lasting at least 3 months; (6) No history of shoulder or neck surgery; (7) Negative results for cervical traction test, Spurling's test, and Adson's test; (8) Signed written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Specific cervical spine diseases (e.g., cervical radicular pain, spinal cord lesions); (2) History of whiplash injury or head/neck trauma; (3) Pregnancy or breastfeeding; (4) Neck pain radiating to the upper extremities; (5) History of severe trauma or tumors; (6) Having received clinical treatment related to neck pain in the past 3 months; (7) Unable to communicate or write in Chinese; (8) Adverse reaction to massage or Yijinjing; (9) Having received massage or Yijinjing treatment in the past 3 months.
