18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation; 2.Aged 18–70 years; 3.Conscious with intact cognitive function, capable of accurately describing symptoms; 4.Educational attainment of primary school level or higher; 5.Provision of signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of visceral and/or traumatic origin of low back pain; 2.Complicated with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal, or neurological diseases, or with unstable vital signs; 3.Comorbid psychiatric disorders precluding cooperation; 4.Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
