Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnostic criteria. TCM diagnostic criteria: Patients must meet the diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis as defined in the "Diagnostic and Efficacy Criteria for TCM Syndromes" issued by the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2017. Western medicine diagnostic criteria: Patients must meet the diagnostic criteria for neck and shoulder pain as referenced in the 2016 edition of "TCM Orthopedics," including persistent self-reported neck pain, soreness, stiffness, restricted cervical mobility, and/or symptoms such as mental fatigue, weakness, shoulder and back pain, and dizziness; 2. Patients must have high treatment compliance and be willing to actively cooperate with the treatment; 3. Patients participating in the study must not have received any treatment related to neck and shoulder pain in the past week; 4. Patients must voluntarily enroll and sign an informed consent form; 5. Patients must be between 25 and 65 years of age; 6. Patients must have a certain level of literacy and the ability to understand written materials.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital malformations of the cervical vertebrae; 2. Acute trauma to the cervical spine; 3. Presence of bone or skeletal injuries; 4. Patients allergic to moxa smoke.
