Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes mellitus and diabetic peripheral neuropathy; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of yang deficiency and blood stasis; 3. Age =18 and =70, gender; 4. The subject understands, agrees to participate in this study, and voluntarily signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with varicose veins in the lower limbs or a history of foot ulcers; 2. Individuals with peripheral neuropathy caused by other factors; 3. Individuals with severe organic diseases such as serious heart, brain, kidney, or liver conditions; 4. Individuals with hematological or immunological diseases; 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 6. Individuals allergic to the study drug; 7. Individuals with mental illness or inability to communicate.
