18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged 18–75 years; 2. Diagnosed with plaque psoriasis for =6 months; 3. At baseline, Physician's Global Assessment =3, Psoriasis Area and Severity Index =12, and Body Surface Area involved =10%; 4. Meet the manifestations of psoriasis with blood stasis and collateral obstruction (syndrome pertaining to skin collaterals); 5. The patient or family member voluntarily signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Psoriasis-related medication history: topical medication history within the previous 2 weeks, traditional Chinese medicine medication history within the previous 1 month, non-biologic systemic medication history or phototherapy history within the previous 1 month; biologic medication history within the previous 2 months. 2. History of other systemic diseases such as malignant tumors, coronary heart disease, etc. 3. History of hepatitis B, tuberculosis, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), and chronic, opportunistic, and severe infections. 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 5. Participation in other clinical trials within the previous month.
