18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for premature ovarian insufficiency ; 2. Age is between 18 years and 40 years (18 years = age < 40 years); 3. Has not used any medications for ovarian in the past 2 weeks (emergency treatment excluded) and has not received acupuncture treatment for in the past 3 months; 4. Voluntarily participates in this study and has signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with congenital anomalies of the reproductive organs, or those who have undergone hysterectomy, oophorectomy, or adnexectomy; 2) Patients with endocrine factors affecting ovulation, such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), hyperprolactinemia, hypothyroidism, or chronic adrenocortical insufficiency; 3) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver or kidney diseases, malignant tumors, hematopoietic system diseases, or mental disorders; 4) Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
