Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for bipolar disorder according to DSM-5, aged 12–25 years, gender; 2) For depressive-phase patients, the score on the 24-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-24) must be =17, and the YMRS score must be =5; 3) Right-handed; 4) No prior systematic standardized treatment; 5) Able to understand and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Age greater than 25 years or less than 12 years; 2) Received modified electroconvulsive therapy or transcranial magnetic direct current stimulation treatment in the past month; 3) History of schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder; 4) Severe somatic diseases or organic brain diseases; 5) Severe impulsivity and suicidal tendencies, with a suicide score of =3 points on the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale; 6) Contraindications for MRI.
