Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the clinical diagnostic criteria for Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) stages 3-5; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for Kidney Deficiency with Turbid Blood Stasis syndrome; 3. Age =60 years, gender unrestricted; 4. Informed consent, the process of obtaining the informed consent form should comply with GCP regulations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing kidney transplantation, peritoneal dialysis, or hemodialysis treatment; 2. Patients with acute kidney failure; 3. Patients with severe primary diseases of the heart, brain, etc., such as malignant tumors or severe infections; 4. Patients with impaired consciousness, severe intellectual disabilities, or mental illness; 5. Patients with allergic constitutions or allergies to the drugs used in this study; 6. Patients currently receiving hormone therapy and/or immunosuppressive agents due to their primary kidney disease or other reasons; 7. Patients with other conditions, as judged by the investigator, that may reduce the likelihood of enrollment or complicate the enrollment process, such as frequently changing work environments that may lead to loss to follow-up.
