40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets diagnostic criteria. 2. Age between 40 and 80 years old, with a disease duration of over 2 months, and knee pain for most of the time in the past month. 3. VAS score = 3 points. 4. Agrees to be randomly assigned to treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Radiographic imaging shows severe narrowing of the joint space, bony ankylosis, and poor joint mobility. Patients with severe diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, and kidney diseases, as well as those with mental illness. Patients with related diseases, such as gout, rheumatoid arthritis, pyogenic arthritis, or bone tumors. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
