Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet the diagnostic and syndrome differentiation criteria, regardless of gender, aged 40–80 years; patients and their family members have signed the informed consent form; vital signs are stable and the patient is conscious; swallowing disorder is assessed by the Kubota Water Swallowing Test as moderate (Level III) or severe (Level IV)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with a history of swallowing disorders 2: those with swallowing disorders induced by other factors such as medication or myasthenia gravis 3: patients with a history of surgery in the pharyngeal region 4: and those with concurrent failure of important organs such as the liver and kidneys.
