Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18–65 years. (2) Underwent cervical DR examination in our hospital. (3) Underwent cervical MRI within the predefined time window, with matched DR and MRI data. (4) Basic demographic information such as age and sex available in medical records. (5) Segmental signs at C5, C6, and C7, including tenderness and/or tendon nodules, extractable from records. (6) Imaging data adequate for assessment of spinous process deviation, cervical curvature, and disc herniation direction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Age below 18 years or above 65 years. (2) Poor-quality cervical DR or MRI images precluding interpretation of key variables. (3) Missing key clinical data preventing data extraction. (4) History of cervical fracture or dislocation. (5) Cervical tumor, infection, tuberculosis, or other major organic lesions. (6) Obvious congenital deformity. (7) History of cervical spine surgery. (8) For repeated visits or examinations, only the first complete eligible case will be included.
