Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Singleton pregnancy diagnosed with gestational diabetes, pregnancy weeks 24-28.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy-associated diabetes 2. Use of medications affecting insulin secretion and sensitivity 3. Mental disorders 4. Pre-pregnancy weight reduction interventions, including diet or exercise 5. Poor self-management skills, expected inability to complete the trial 6. Mental disorders 7. Positive for hepatitis B virus
