18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 18 and 80 years, without gender restriction; (2) Involves musculoskeletal pain in multiple body regions, including tendinopathy, myofascial pain syndrome, and post-traumatic (including post-surgical) pain in the following areas: neck, shoulders, upper arms, elbows, forearms, back, waist, hips, buttocks, thighs, knees, calves, ankles, and feet; (3) Ineffective response to drug therapy, physical therapy, manual therapy, or other conservative treatments, with a Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) score > 3; (4) Symptom duration of at least 2 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Cancer; (2) Bleeding tendency; (3) Infection of the musculoskeletal system; (4) Pregnant women; (5) Neurological diseases, such as cervical spondylosis with radiculopathy, neurogenic compression, etc.; (6) Fractures not clinically healed with non-surgical treatment, or fractures with unstable internal fixation after surgical treatment; (7) Autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis; (8) Diabetes; (9) Involved joints with restricted mobility =50%.
