Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for CED; 2) CED graded as moderate or higher; 3) No restrictions on gender or age; 4) Participants are informed about the study and provide consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) CED complicated by corneal ulcer; 2) Presence of severe eyelid disorders, such as advanced meibomian gland dysfunction; 3) Coexisting immune system diseases, e.g., Sjögren's syndrome; 4) Severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, abnormal liver or kidney function, or psychiatric disorders; 5) Other circumstances deemed by the research team as unsuitable for participation.
