18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged between 18 and 90 years. 2) Patients expected to be hospitalized for more than 4 days. 3) Presence of sleep disorders (ISI score = 8). 4) Patients are conscious and able to complete self-assessment scales independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Presence of cognitive impairment (defined as the presence or history of dementia, traumatic brain injury, stroke, or hepatic encephalopathy); 2) Presence of delirium symptoms (defined as a single positive result on the Confusion Assessment Method); 3) Patients diagnosed with respiration-related sleep disorders / patients requiring ventilatory support.
