Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-75 years old with constipation, regardless of gender; 2. Meet the Western Medicine Diagnostic Criteria for FC; 3. Meet the Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnostic Criteria for FC with deficiency of both qi and yin combined with blood stasis; 4. Patients voluntarily participate in this clinical study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have been diagnosed with organic intestinal diseases (such as colorectal polyps/tumors, Crohn's disease, intestinal tuberculosis, etc.) through colonoscopy within the past 1 year; 2. Patients with secondary constipation (such as those with digestive system diseases or constipation caused by medication); 3. Those with abnormal cardiovascular and cerebrovascular functions, liver and kidney functions, hematological system diseases, endocrine and metabolic diseases, malignant tumors or other serious diseases; 4. Women who are planning to conceive, during pregnancy, or breastfeeding; 5. Those who are allergic to drugs.
