20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria with no indication for surgery; 2) Aged 20 to 70 years, regardless of sex; 3) Have not participated in other treatments recently; 4) Voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Complicated with other spinal diseases (e.g., tuberculosis, tumor, ankylosing spondylitis); 2) Patients with contraindications to acupuncture, such as skin allergies or coagulation disorders; 3) Patients with diseases causing local temperature abnormalities at the site of measurement; 4) History of lumbar surgery or currently receiving other treatments; 5) Women who are menstruating or pregnant, or patients with chronic illness or general debility.
