Interventions

Control Group:Administer standardized routine Western medicine treatment.
Treatment group:Administer standardized conventional Western medicine combined with Xinbao Compound Granules.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 18-80 years, gender. (2) Western medical diagnosis of stable angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease and CCS classification of I-II grade. (3) Traditional Chinese medical diagnosis of chest obstruction and heart pain, with syndrome differentiation of qi deficiency and blood stasis. (4) Patients with good compliance, willing to cooperate with treatment and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any of the following criteria must disqualify participation: (1) Severe liver or kidney dysfunction; (2) Patients with mental disorders, multi-organ severe diseases, or infectious diseases; (3) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (4) Recent history of major surgery or trauma; (5) Those with a clear history of drug allergy or intolerance; (6)Individuals currently taking other traditional Chinese medicine formulations.
