18 Years to 22 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18-22 years old, college student; no history of irregular training (less than 2 times per week, each session less than 30 minutes); difference in muscle strength of both upper and lower limbs and core muscle strength is less than 10%; physically healthy, without contraindications for exercise and moxibustion; have signed the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have severe cardiovascular diseases or respiratory diseases; have injuries or diseases in the musculoskeletal system; are currently participating in other sports training or clinical trials; have used drugs that affect muscle function within the last 3 months; are allergic to or have contraindications to moxibustion.
