Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A questionnaire survey was conducted on grassroots officers and soldiers in high-altitude areas using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Body Quality Scale. Based on the survey results, officers and soldiers with biased constitutions (Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency, Qi depression) were selected as the next intervention personnel.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, and chronic bronchitis; 2. Patients with acute diseases such as upper respiratory tract infections, injuries, and fractures; 3. Patients diagnosed with psychological disorders; 4. Those who cannot cooperate with the treatment.
