Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for heart failure, with Ross classification at level II or III; 2) Age between 3 and 18 years old (inclusive of the threshold), regardless of gender; 3) Has not taken Xiehan Stop Granules or its related Chinese patent medicines within the past 2 weeks; 4) Voluntarily participates and signs the informed consent form, and is willing to undergo and cooperate with all examinations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Children with cardiac insufficiency classified as grade IV by Ross classification; 2) Patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure and other hemodynamic instability; 3) Those who are participating in other clinical trial studies; 4) Those with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, severe cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction; 5) Patients with severe hematological diseases, cancer patients and patients with mental disorders; 6) Those who have a known or suspected history of allergy to the test drug and its excipients, or those with allergic constitution; 7) Other situations that the researchers consider not suitable for participating in this trial.
