18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 65 years, regardless of gender; Diagnosed with major depressive disorder (MDD) according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition (DSM-5); Score ranging from 8 to 23 on the 17-item Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HRSD-17); Score > 20 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA); Voluntarily agree to participate in the study and sign the written informed consent form; Right-handed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Comorbid with organic diseases or other mental disorders, including but not limited to schizophrenia; Taking any medications that affect cerebral activity; Pregnant or lactating; With alcoholism or substance dependence; Patients with suicidal or violent aggressive tendencies; Having contraindications to MRI scans.
