Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria for idiopathic tinnitus; 2) Good compliance, aged 18 to 65, gender not limited; 3) Subacute and chronic tinnitus, that is, the course of tinnitus is =3 months; 4) No treatment related to tinnitus has been received in the past week; 5) Be willing to accept traditional Chinese medicine treatment and be able to cooperate in completing the tinnitus diagnosis and treatment plan; 6) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those with severe diseases in other systems such as the heart, liver, lungs, kidneys, and blood; 2) Those who cannot cooperate with the treatment or have poor compliance; 3) Pregnant or lactating women; 4) There are lesions in the outer ear and middle ear; Objective tinnitus Other lesions of the auditory system such as acoustic neuroma, etc. 5) Those who have received acupuncture treatment in the past three months; 6) Patients with severe anxiety and depression; 7) Patients who voluntarily withdraw from treatment due to their own reasons.
