Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or pre-COPD. (2) Age: 30 to 80 years old. (3) The condition was stable 4 weeks before enrollment; (4) No participation in other drug clinical studies within 1 month before enrollment. (5) Sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe or acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, malignant arrhythmias, unstable angina pectoris, grade 3 or above cardiac function, uncontrolled hypertension, etc.). (2) Combined with severe liver and kidney diseases (severe liver diseases refer to liver cirrhosis, portal hypertension and bleeding from varicose veins, and severe kidney diseases include dialysis and kidney transplantation). (3) Any one of the liver function indicators (ALT or AST) exceeds the upper limit of the normal reference value by 15 times, and the renal function indicator Scr exceeds the upper limit of the normal reference value. (4) Tumor patients who have undergone surgical resection, radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the past five years. (5) Those who have difficulty moving due to severe osteoarthropathy, neuromuscular disease or peripheral vascular disease. (6) Situations where the absolute or relative prohibition of the 6-minute walk test is combined: such as resting heart rate >120 beats per minute, systolic blood pressure >180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >100mmHg; Or due to limited activities, it is difficult to complete the 6-minute walk test.
