Interventions
rTMS control group:MagproR30 rTMS device, 10Hz frequency, 80% motor threshold, bilateral DLPFC stimulation, 3 times/week for 8 weeks.
Xixin Yizhi Decoction group:Oral administration of Xixin Yizhi Decoction, one dose daily (divided into two servings), for 8 consecutive weeks.
Combined therapy group:Receive both rTMS treatment and oral Xixin Yizhi Decoction simultaneously for 8 weeks.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 50 to 85 years; 2.Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for Alzheimer's disease according to the International Working Group (IWG) 2007 criteria; 3.Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) pattern differentiation of "Marrow Sea Deficiency with Phlegm Turbidity Obstructing the Orifices"; 4.Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score consistent with mild to moderate cognitive impairment (illiterate: 10–17; primary school education: 10–20; secondary school education or above: 10–26); 5.Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) showing atrophy of the hippocampus or medial temporal lobe; 6.Medial Temporal Lobe Atrophy (MTA-scale) score meeting the criteria (=2 for age <75 years, =3 for age =75 years); 7.Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Other types of dementia or psychiatric disorders; Severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction; Use of a cardiac pacemaker or recent acupuncture treatment (e.g., within the past 4 weeks); Allergy to electrical stimulation or current use of anticoagulant therapy.
