Shengji Huayu Ointment Group:Apply Shengji Huayu ointment locally once daily for 4 weeks.
Lithospermic acid Group:Apply Lithospermic acid ointment locally once daily for a 4-week treatment period.
Danshensu sodium Group:Apply Danshensu sodium Cream locally once daily for a 4-week treatment period.
Vanillic acid group:Apply the Vanillic acid cream topically once daily for 4 weeks.
Control group/Standard treatment group:Topical application of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (rb-bFGF) once daily for 4 weeks.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-65 years, gender; (2) Wound maximum diameter > 2 cm, and ulcer duration = 4 weeks; (3) Wound severityWagner12; (4) Possess good compliance, sign the informed consent form, and voluntarily participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe systemic infections, deep abscesses, osteomyelitis, or gangrene (Wagner grade 3 or higher); (2) Patients with severe primary underlying diseases or dysfunction of the heart, liver, kidneys, etc.; (3) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (4) Wounds characterized as cancerous ulcers, tuberculous ulcers, or radiation ulcers; (5) Patients with other vascular or autoimmune skin diseases (e.g., allergic vasculitis, necrotizing fasciitis, Behçet's disease, etc.).
