Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meets CNSLBP diagnostic criteria (duration =3 months, VAS =3 points); meets Jingjin differentiation criteria (refer to Chinese); age 18-65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lumbar vertebral fracture, tumor, infection; severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; coagulation dysfunction.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Preoperative, postoperative 3 days, and postoperative 1 week VAS scores (within-group reduction =50% compared to baseline is considered clinically significant improvement), and ODI (Oswestry Disability Index) improvement rate.;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Myofascial syndrome scoring (number of fascial, muscle tension: Color Doppler, erector spinae, quadratus lumborum, and psoas major muscle attachment points at L3-L5, fascia thickness, muscle echo (uniform/uneven), elasticity value (kPa), blood flow signal grading (0-III), and changes in ultrasound elasticity values).;
