Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis in both traditional Chinese and Western medicine; 2. Aged 40 to 80 years, with no restriction on gender; 3. Unilateral knee osteoarthritis; 4. Voluntarily participates in this study and signs the "Informed Consent Form."
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) History of trauma or surgery to the knee joint; 2) History of other medications or rehabilitation treatments in the past month; 3) Coexisting conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, gout, or other diseases; 4) Severe cardiovascular, hepatic, or renal functional impairment; 5) Muscle strength assessment at two grade or below; 6) Coexisting conditions such as coagulation disorders, cognitive impairments, or mental illnesses; 7) Pregnancy or lactation period.
