Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for Upper Crossed Syndrome, presenting with involuntary forward tilting of the cervical spine, forward flexion of the upper thoracic spine, a mild "hunchback" posture, and recurrent muscle tension or pain in the cervical and dorsal regions, with pain exacerbated by vertical pressure; 2.Aged 18-65 years, with at least a primary school education level; 3.Fully understands the research of this project, voluntarily participates in the study, and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those undergoing other treatments; 2. Individuals with a history of acute trauma to the neck and shoulders or those who have undergone major surgery; 3. Severe cervical spinal canal stenosis, spinal cord compression, or typical symptoms of nerve root compression; 4. NRS pain score =5; 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 6. Patients with ankylosing spondylitis; 7. Severely debilitated individuals, those with severe anemia, visceral organic lesions, tumors, or bone tuberculosis; 8. Individuals with cognitive impairments who cannot complete treatment or refuse the treatment plan.
