Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for decline in ovarian reserve function of the type of kidney deficiency and blood stasis; (2) Female, aged 20 years = age < 40 years; (3) Has fertility needs and plans to undergo IVF-ET; (4) Voluntarily participates in the trial and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined conditions affecting conception (any one of the following): congenital abnormalities of reproductive organ development, untreated endometrial polyps, untreated intrauterine infection, untreated tubal hydrosalpinx, thin endometrial lining, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, or other organic diseases; (2) Medical factors (e.g., pelvic surgery, chemotherapy/radiotherapy, uterine artery embolization, medications such as hormones, immunosuppressants, etc.) causing decreased ovarian reserve function; (3) Use of hormonal medications (e.g., contraceptives, glucocorticoids) within the past three months (excluding those undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer); (4) Severe cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, malignant tumor, hematologic, or psychiatric diseases; (5) Local skin infection, ulcers, or tendency to form keloids; (6) Allergy to acupuncture point embedding or other adverse reactions; (7) Cancellation of IVF-ET treatment during the study period; (8) Refusal to sign the informed consent form.
