Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for sinus tract diseases. (2) The wound has not healed after a treatment course of =3 weeks. (3) The lesion is located in the breast, consistent with sinus tracts caused by breast diseases including, but not limited to, lactational mastitis, granulomatous lobular mastitis, plasma cell mastitis, cystic neutrophilic granulomatous mastitis, and post-breast cancer surgery conditions. (4) Aged between 18 and 70 years (inclusive). (5) Sinus tract depth =1 cm and =4 cm. (6) Provide informed consent, participate voluntarily, be able to cooperate with medical and nursing staff, and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe systemic diseases (e.g., involving the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems, liver, kidney, or hematopoietic system) or mental disorders. (2) Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant. (3) Individuals with allergic tendencies, or those who are allergic to the experimental medication. (4) Patients with active infection or fever. (5) Those currently participating in other clinical studies.
