Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets the Western medical diagnosis of atherosclerosis and the traditional Chinese medical diagnosis of "Phlegm-dampness and Blood Stasis Syndrome. 2)Age range: 18 to 79 years; 3)Meets the diagnostic criteria for hyperlipidemia as specified in the "Chinese Guidelines for Lipid Management (2023 Edition) 4)The patient has complete basic information, can adhere to medication, and meets the conditions for follow-up; 5)The patient understood the study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Abnormal liver function; 2) Allergic to the drug used in this study; 3) Acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease; 4) Having significant trauma or after major surgery; 5) There are acute infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 6) Pregnant and lactating women.
