Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 to 65 years old, gender; 2. The results of traditional Chinese medicine constitution detection at the Health Examination Center of Xiamen University Affiliated First Hospital show phlegm-dampness constitution; 3. Central obesity: Waist circumference (male =90 cm, female =85 cm) or waist-to-hip ratio (male =0.90, female =0.85); 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have received weight-loss medications, weight-loss surgery, systemic hormone therapy, or other interventions affecting weight/metabolism within the past 3 months; 2. Have severe heart, liver, or kidney diseases (e.g., NYHA class III-IV heart failure, Child-Pugh class B-C liver disease, serum creatinine >1.5 mg/dL) or mental disorders; 3. Are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a history of recurrent miscarriages, or have eczema, ulcers, or other skin conditions in the outer ear; 4. Are sensitive to patch adhesive or moxibustion smoke or have severe skin conditions; 5. Have severe diabetes requiring long-term insulin therapy or other uncontrolled endocrine disorders requiring priority treatment; 6. Are currently participating in other clinical trials or have other factors that may hinder compliance.
