Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged between 45 and 65 years old; 2) Meets both Chinese and Western medical diagnostic criteria for frozen shoulder; 3) Disease duration ranging from 3 months to 1 year, clinically classified as the chronic stage (frozen stage); 4) Provides informed consent, is willing to undergo treatment, and commits to completing the full treatment course.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with restricted shoulder function due to rotator cuff injuries, shoulder impingement syndrome, or post-surgical conditions; 2) Patients with shoulder dysfunction caused by systemic diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus or rheumatoid arthritis; 3) Those with severe concomitant conditions like coronary heart disease or diabetes; 4) Patients with psychiatric disorders or those unable to cooperate with treatment and assessment; 5) Patients with skin lesions, redness, swelling, heat, or pain at the treatment site indicating infection; 6) Patients currently participating in other studies for this condition that may interfere with treatment efficacy.
